Beetlebung is seeking a breakfast/lunch Sous-Chef for its new location on Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs. This is a seasonal position, May - October/December.
The Sous-Chef is a player/coach, responsible for managing the kitchen during our breakfast and lunch service. Also responsible for conducting inventories and ordering ingredients via the Executive Chef.
Our Oak Bluffs location is a one-of-kind blend of upscale coffee house by day and gourmet small-plates and cocktail lounge by night. The brand new kitchen is state of the art, from the very latest in equipment, to poured non-slip floors, to A/C. The Sous Chef will supervise breakfast and lunch and on Sundays, the Beetlebung Brunch.
Requirements
Culinary school OR 1-2 years with casual breakfast and lunch commercial kitchen experience
